Michelle is a wonderful real estate agent. Buying or selling a home can be a roller coaster and my wife and I have done both with her. I was so pleased with her level of service and expertise. Do not underestimate the value of a good marketing approach. Even with tight deadlines, Michelle used her network and marketing abilities to retain multiple offers on our house for sale in time to meet the purchase deadline of the home we wanted to buy. No deal is assured until the ink is dry but I always felt that even if our first aim fell through, I wouldn’t want anyone to else to help us pursue the next one.
